A College Born Out of Compassion
New Stars International Bible College (NESIBIC) was founded in 1997 in Lagos, Nigeria, out of a deep compassion for believers hungry for sound biblical grounding and practical ministerial formation.
Rooted in the conviction that effective ministry demands both spiritual depth and intellectual rigour, NESIBIC was established to provide a complete pathway of theological education — from a foundational Certificate right through to a Doctor of Theology.
Over nearly three decades, NESIBIC has equipped hundreds of pastors, ministers, church leaders, and dedicated believers across Nigeria and beyond to walk confidently in their God-given calling.

What We Believe
NESIBIC is grounded in the historic, orthodox Christian faith as revealed in the Holy Scriptures.
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible — the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
The Triune God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in nature, attributes, and perfection.
The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and His personal, imminent return.
Salvation by Grace
We believe that all people are sinners and can only be saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ — not by human merit or works — and that repentance and new birth are essential.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells, seals, and empowers every believer for holy living and effective service in the Kingdom of God.
The Church
We believe in the universal Church — the body of Christ — comprising all who have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and in the local church as the expression of this body in the world.
